Returns and Cancellations
If an item is found defective, please get in touch with our customer care on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 9246501017
within 7 days of receipt of the product, where we will evaluate the product condition as it was sent.
Please note that replacements are subject to availability and the current condition of the particular product.
Returns and Exchanges
Once the product is delivered, we do not make a return unless the product is defective assent from the company. The damages caused during transit will not be considered for an exchange.
In case, you are not satisfied with the product and want to arrange an exchange, please email us at info@Flexhealth.in or call us at +91 9246501017
Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging remains intact.
To coordinate an exchange:
Send a picture of the item to info@Flexhealth.in with the subject line “EXCHANGE” or call us at +91 9246501017
- within 7 days of receiving the product. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 10 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for exchange.
- For the Mailing Address please get in touch with us.
- Once we receive the package, we will issue an exchange and the courier charges will be borne by you.
The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement :
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Flexhealth.in 14 Day Returns Policy”
